We offer free shipping for every order.

Order Processing Time:

  • The item in stock is shipped in 2 to 5 BUSINESS days.
  • Large sizes (size 8.5 and above) and items that are out of stock are made-to-order and shipped in about 15 days. It may be delayed during peak shopping season.

 Most of our items leave the warehouse within 2-7 business days of payment.

  • USA & Canada Orders: Delivery typically takes 7-21 days after an item ships. Orders are mainly delivered by USPS (United States Postal Service).
  • International Orders: Delivery typically takes 15-40 days after an item ships, sometimes faster.

Certain high demand products may have a longer delivery time. In some cases shipping time can take up to 8 weeks. Factors such as delayed logistics, holiday periods such as Christmas, weather conditions, natural disasters and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time.

While most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that carriers may experience. Your patience is truly appreciated. We are constantly working on improving our shipping times while keeping the same low prices for our customers.

We guarantee your product will arrive to you within 60 days (8 weeks) under our Buyer Protection, otherwise you will receive a full refund.

We DO NOT OFFER refunds while a product is in transit as it is already on the way to you. We understand this can be a long time, but it is worth the wait at the competitive prices we offer.

Please DO NOT order if you need an item before an expectant date, we hold no responsibility to the couriers and the current conditions out of our control.

Tracking number

Email support@fyjoieshoes.com and mention your order number + shipping address so our customer service team can assist you. When we are unable to provide tracking for certain international orders, our company guarantees 100% delivery to all destinations so there is no need to worry. Any missing items will be re-shipped to you, free of charge.

For orders within North America, a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment is available upon request and normally become available in the system after about 7-10 business after your package has sent out. Handling orders with multiple items

We do our best to reduce costs on your end so you don't have to pay high taxes on your items.

We have a large assortment of products and source them from all over the globe to get the best quality at the best price.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages with no additional shipping charges. You may receive multiple packages on different days. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)

Import Duties and Taxes: 

  • Most of our shoes are delivered to your doorsteps without extra charges on import duty or taxes. In case your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, they are levied once your package reaches your country.
  • FY Joie Shoes ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid“, and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered by the buyer in order for your package to clear customs.

Change Of Shipping Address:

  • If you have filled out the wrong shipping address, please email us the correct address before the shipment of your order and we will arrange it accordingly without any additional charges.
  • If the package is already on the way, we will not be able to help you change the shipping address. You can contact the shipping company directly to change your shipping address.
  • For any surcharges occurred upon the change of shipping address during the shipment, they must be rendered by the buyer.

Proof of delivery & Responsible after delivery

We are not responsible for item(s) being misplaced/ stolen after delivered (E.g. after delivered mailbox). We will ensure the item is delivered to your address according to information provided by the logistic company. Customer will be liable for the shipping cost if a replacement item is needed.
